Welcome to another year of computer topics for discussion. However, due to the new community cases of COVID-19 - actually B.1.1.7, the more contagious English mutation of the original virus - in South Auckland this week and with Wellington restricted to level 2 in the meantime, there was some doubt as to whether there would be a meeting this month. Roger told those present at the Monday Zoom meeting that he would send an email if the meeting was going to be cancelled. Up till now, such an email has not been received so it must be assumed that the meeting will take place as anticipated. However, to complicate matters further, no decision was made on a specific topic for the meeting at the first committee meeting of the year, so you will need to attend the meeting to find out what we have in store for you.
As always, the meeting will commence at 7:30 pm in the basement at Ron Oliver's home, 39 Washington Avenue, Brooklyn.
